The Collecting Moments Project
Where every experience matters, every memory counts, and every moment is a treasure worth keeping.

Hi, I’m Faith, and I’m so glad you’re here.
If we’re being honest, I never thought I’d be the type to start a blog. I’m an introvert by nature—someone who finds magic in quiet moments and deep conversations rather than crowded rooms. But somewhere between bedtime routines and leading projects as a nurse leader, between family road trips and sunrise hikes, I realized I had stories worth sharing. Moments worth remembering. And maybe, just maybe, something worth offering to anyone else trying to balance the beautiful chaos of a full life.
So, who am I?
I’m someone who thrives on projects, startups, and creation—building something meaningful from the ground up feeds my soul in ways I never expected. I’m a wife to my adventure partner and a mom to three humans who’ve taught me more about love, patience, and living in the present than I ever imagined possible. These roles fill my heart and keep me grounded.
But I’m also a wanderer at heart. A collector of experiences rather than things. Someone who believes that adventure doesn’t always mean climbing mountains or crossing oceans—though I love doing both. Sometimes it’s trying a new recipe with ingredients you can’t pronounce, exploring a hidden trail twenty minutes from home, or saying yes to something that scares you just a little bit.
What you’ll find here:
This space is where all the pieces of my life come together. You’ll find travel stories from family trips and solo escapes alike. You’ll see everyday adventures—the kind that happen in your own backyard when you decide to look at the world with fresh eyes. I’ll share the beautiful, the messy, and the moments in between.
I’m a history buff who gets genuinely excited about old buildings and forgotten stories. An animal lover who stops to pet every dog (with permission, of course). A foodie who believes that trying local cuisine is the fastest way to understand a place and its people. And through it all, I’m someone who’s committed to bringing more light, love, and kindness into this world—one connection, one moment, one adventure at a time.

Why “Collect Moments”?
I’ve discovered that my favorite part of my work is projects and startups—that beautiful process of creating something with intention and purpose. This blog is my personal project: an intentional collection of the moments that make life rich, meaningful, and full.
Life moves fast. Too fast, sometimes. I’ve found that when I pause to document these moments—whether it’s a spectacular sunset in a far-off place or the way my kid laughed at something silly today—I actually experience them more fully. This project is my way of staying present, of honoring the richness of a life well-lived, and of hopefully inspiring you to find your own adventures, big and small.
I believe deeply in the power of connection. In sharing the our stories, our struggles, our joys. In showing up authentically and making this world a little bit better, a little bit kinder, one interaction at a time. If even one post here encourages you to try something new, explore somewhere different, or simply appreciate the moment you’re in right now—well, that would make my heart pretty darn full.
Let’s do this together:
This isn’t just my project—it’s ours. I hope you’ll come along for the ride, share your own stories in the comments, and maybe find a little inspiration for your own journey. Whether you’re a fellow introvert looking for quiet adventures, a parent trying to balance it all, or simply someone who believes life is meant to be lived fully and intentionally—there’s a place for you here.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading. Thank you for being part of this project.
Now, let’s go collect some moments.
With love,
Faith
